Izum 94 - official IVECO service

For a fast and efficient repair of vehicles, we use special tools and accessory elements that allow for simple disassembling, reparation and exchange of spare parts. These tools have been produced and destined for IVECO vehicles exclusively.

Special tools at disposal of the service station:

• tools for service and maintenance of differential gears (DAILY, TECTOR);
• tools for service and maintenance of gearshifts (DAILY, TECTOR, and older types);
• tools for service and maintenance of engines (8140.xx, F1A, F1C, TECTOR, CURSOR).

Apart from the special tools, the service station also has two machines for working on disks. With the work on the disks and servo cylinders, a bigger percentage of braking surface is obtained as well as true brake strength and normal wearing of the friction pads, and the braking vibrations are avoided.

The newer types of vehicles that have built-in central units undergo programmed maintenance and diagnosing with E.A.S.Y. This allows for a modern, fast, and precise identification and location of potential defects of all the electronic units in the IVECO vehicle. It is a good guide that allows for fast locating of the problem for the mechanics and thus their effective elimination. IVECO develops this programme (system) alongside with the development of the vehicles. The system called E.A.S.Y. (Electronic Advanced System) uses a special computer and module for communication (ECI).
